Improved

• Set target SDK to 34.
• Use CallStateListener / PhoneStateListener to handle calls.
• MediaSession for Android 13+
• Material 3.
• Ukrainian and Russian translations added.
• Remove option to enable WiFi as this is no longer possible.
• Hide 'Web page not available' and just show blank view.
• Use MaterialSkin 5.2.0's top and bottom padding option to fill screen.
• Remove navigation and status bar settings and replace with single fullscreen option.

Fixed

• Prevent backups to work-around issues with duplicated MACs, etc.
• Less detailed notification icon.
