Whilst I don't speak German, I've just placed my LMS 8.4 into German and the strings are translated. You can see the relevant strings in this file: https://github.com/CDrummond/lms-material/blob/master/MaterialSkin/HTML/material/html/lang/de.json
Sorry, but Daphile issues are out of scope.

No! All you have done is translate "Release" to "Album". That change was on purpose. "Album" is not correct for EP, Single, etc. Hence why it was changed.
