tools: [('frag_hires_mass', '8a608fabb6fd'), ('retip_apply', 'eaccaebf11cb'), ('retip_descriptors', '70940eb0f6e7'), ('retip_filter_rt', 'b7af3b9f5199'), ('retip_train', 'fc3e026406c5')]
cannot be installed because they are available only in TestToolShed, which is not allowed as a source of tools in Galaxy anymore. If you want these tools to be used in Galaxy, they need to be released in ToolShed.
