This PR looks to convert the Diving Deeper and Export to XLSX vignettes from vignettes to articles. Articles do not get included in the CRAN submission and can help with shrinking the overall package size (unfortunately all of our GIFs are in the Getting Started vignette which takes up the bulk of the space and is also something we want to keep as a vignette).
Note: I will be merging this to test rendering on the pkgdown site, pkgdown doesn't preview too well locally for this or for our existing site.
