Renamed; removed file xfer sections that will be placed in new guide.
Took file xfer section from connecting.md and moved them into their own new guide
Created initial HTCondor guide. Need to upload workflow image and determine if this should be a tutorial or just HTCondor information.
First full draft of combined Submitting Multiple Jobs in Individual Directories and Submitting Multiple Jobs Using HTCondor guides for website revamp
Refactored MPI guide to be more general towards using modules. Text is mostly complete, but the TOC and section numbers need to be updated still
Incorporated vpn info from https://chtc.cs.wisc.edu/uw-research-computing/use-submit-node page
Details in guide have been consolidated into the new htc-overview.md
Started draft, got confused with how we should handle output files and am chatting with people on slack to figure it out before working on this guide more

| There are multiple submit servers for the HTC system. The two most common submit servers are `submit1.chtc.wisc.edu` and `submit2.chtc.wisc.edu`. All users will be notified what submit server they should log into when their account is created. | ||
