Installed the Cucumber Test Tool to our project as a dynamic analysis tool to help us with testing.
Added cucumber to install/package.json; created an initial testing file in features/create_topic.feature and features/step_definitions/create_topic_steps.js to make sure the tool works, which is demonstrated in the screenshot below.
