This pull request includes following changes made:
Remove NCO Switch: The "NCO" switch has been removed as it is not recommended for general use.
Update Ice Terms: The ice scattering and ice dissipation terms, previously used switches as "IS0" and "IC0" respectively, have been updated to include the feedback from sea ice on the waves. The new switches are "IC3" and "IS2," although these are not yet finalized.
Disable Linear Interpolation: Linear interpolation in time for wind and current fields ("WNT1" and "CRT1") has been switched off. This decision was made because in a coupled configuration, the next time step is unknown and is passed at the coupling frequency by the coupler.
