Currently tests can be found all over /tmp, I propose we keep them in one central location as proposed in #389

For example:/tmp/paranoid-test/$component where $component is the thing that is being tested

How do we clean up the /tmp/paranoid-test directory if a whole bunch of different tests use it? Or do we just leave it?

I'll say we will leave it. It will be gone on reboot anyways, but the only reason for this is not to leave a mess in /tmp

It is too late to do it now, moving to v1.0.0 milestone
