Using a buffer for display output can be unstable and very buggy. Since it doesn't bring anything to the table compared to a regular terminal window, I think is safe to remove it. This PR will also move all code running to the
termopenfunction that will make it possible to manage error from stderr, so you can have dignostics and quickfix.
