CryptoAnalysis 3.0.0: CrySL rework

Update CryptoAnalysis to conform CrySL 3.0.0: Most changes were worked out by @lukasngl . Among other things, the following features have been changed or added:

• Support Exception handling: CryptoAnalysis reports an 'UncaughtExceptionError' if there is a method that may throw an exception that is not catched, but the CrySL specifies a required exception handling.
• Inherited methods are now considered in the analysis: Previously, if only the superclass of a class defines a method, the method was not part of the typestate computation, that is, the analysis reported a false positive TypestateError (fix Inheritance may cause false positives #327 , fix CogniCrypt indicates false positive #334 )
• Rework of the ConstraintSolver (fix Constraints not always considered correctly #328 )
• All sections (except SPEC) are now optional (fix CryptoAnalysis does not check CONSTRAINTS if no ORDER is specified. #365 )
• Comparing predicates is more precise, which removes some false negatives in the tests
• Add a validator for CrySL rules
• Adaption of the tests to conform the rulesets 3.0.0
