Overview

The reason for this project is to project web applications programming and design for the members of the CSCI club. The side effects will be a way for the outside world to see the Computer Science Club from SCSU, a wiki for CSCI Club members, and a wiki for future CSCI Club leaders. This is an ongoing project that will be contributed by the members of the CSCI Club. It is expected that the CSCI Club leadership take responsibility in maintaining this website.
##Approach
This website was initially designed with HTML, CSS, and PHP. Moving forward, we will be leveraging the functionality of the Django rest framework. As far as the front end is concerned, we are still deciding the correct approach.

Scope

The scope for this project will be defined in MINIMAL expectations. Let the scope be defined as:

1. A website that external users can gain knowledge about the club.
2. The knowledge management base for club members, and the leadership.
3. An internal admin application that will manage the website.
   All additions to this website should be considered. Scope should NEVER impede on the creativity of the members of the club.

Milestones

1. Implement the current website on the new framework.
2. Stabilize and standardize the blog functionality.
3. Design an API to blog that accepts JSON.
4. Decide how and where we are going to store the presentations.
