Status of this document is: Experimental (not yet tested)
- Establish a Dataset URI for data - e.g. http://data.example.org/dataset/boundaryfeature
- Determine URIs for each Feature - e.g. http://data.example.org/dataset/boundaryfeature/GBRMPA_Burdekin_Midshelf
- Establish a hierarchy schema - http://data.example.org/def/ereefs/marineboundaryhierarchy
- Establish hierarchy terms - http://data.example.org/def/ereefs/marineboundaryhierarchy/water_quality_region
- Install a WFS implementation - e.g. Geoserver
- Publish Feature layers in WFS
- Create schema for all layers
- Deliver specific vocab terms through individual layers' schema
- Create a/multiple metadata entries in a catalog service for the spatial layers
- Model the Spatial Layers dataset and its various service expressions (WFS data, CSW metadata, SISSVoc terms) in the DPN onotology
- Create the PID Service URI abstraction layer to facilitate regular access to the DPN ontology instances
- Add the new Dataset with a DPN, or create a new DPN for it
- Lodge it with a Conformance Service to test
