This should be updated to use the actual 23.11 uname string, since the branch, hash and build time are all different

Hmm. I’m not set up to easily do a fresh install from here. Anyone else have the string handy and could do this update? (@gvnn3? @kwitaszczyk?)

* Trim horizontal bar at install end; probably real, but also confusing; * Remove unneeded addition of blank line; * Use default hostname 'cheribsd' rather than 'cheri-blossom' in boot output; * Manually tweak dates to fall after 23.11 release date. Only part-way through the installation due to a libdialog issue on the serial console. Further updates once that is fixed.
