COVID-19 paper analysis in Rmarkdown

The following code was used to process data on 1400 older adults living under social distancing guidelines during the COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, some of the following code was used for an image in the paper that used collected zipcode in R to create a heatmap of where participants who completed our COVID-19 survey live.
