Beacon Search Page

  • Overview Tile contains the Last updated date and Genomes included information
  • Beacon Search form that takes in the Reference Genome (user cannot change this), chromosome dropdown, a start, and end range as well as a search button
  • Upon searching a table, a download button appears that allows tsv download of the table information
  • Table contains: Chromosome, Position, IDs with a link to details, Reference Allele, and Alternate allele
