Fixes # (issue)

There is no issue to close as it does not solve the UI freeze. This is PR is the beginin of back end ui query optimazation

Added 3 big layer who created performance problem...

  • Remove geometry from hover
  • Add maxAllowableOffset to generalize the geometry when query
  • Add oid field name detection
  • Test to use service source in query and let ol project the image. It reduce time by 50% compare to upstream.
