Adds a tracing subscriber to
spawn_recording_actorthat collects recording-specific logs and puts them in the recording's logfile.Global logging isn't currently enabled as nested tracing subscribers don't seem to play nice together, I'll probably end up using a
reloadlayer to change the recording logfile on each recording.
