Docker instructions

cd sawtooth-sdk-go
docker build . -t sawtooth-sdk-go
docker run -v $(pwd):/project/sawtooth-sdk-go sawtooth-sdk-go

Go generate will build the protos / mocks and place them in the protobuf or mocks directory respectively.
