Switching to lsio as base with s6-overlay
Update Dockerfile
- add install step fpr python/pip.
- removing CMD as this is now handled in RUN file.
Add service and folder structure for abc
Update default docker-compose to include pgid/puid

Important - i have not tested those changes, but they reflact my contianer and it should work this way.

Somehow the old PR did not contained any files, hopefully it now stays (created a new branch for the changes)

Resolves #144
