Some QOL improvements and fixes.

Changelog:

• The Bot will now tell you when you try to use a command that does not exist
• Added a hidden command that disables error messages from showing up for a time to prevent spam. The bot will have a much higher chance of telling you the command if you encounter multiple errors in a row, such as if the backpack.tf API goes down.
• Added some promotion for the discord server
• Switched some things around to promote the new discord server rather than to DM me directly
• Added time tags to "X command received" messages in the Terminal
• Slight changes to the README.md
• Slightly decreased the rate that some random messages will show up
• Added error messages for when HTML errors 502, 503, and 504 occur
• Fixed the Terminal not outputting a full error when notifications are returned as undefined
• Tiny improvements here and there
