Zenodo changed their URL, at some time that I can't find documentation for.
Trovi checks for a 200 with the record url, but now, Zenodo gives a 302.
This avoids the 302 by using the new URL.
I suspect the URL we were using was deprecated, which is why all of the zenodo API docs don't describe the change.
