• Build on additional branch for testing
• additional debugging code
• stop building on branches - only prs and tags
• remove some debugging output
• specify exact python version to match successfully tested windows environment
• use a different python installer action for testing
• update pip; add some debugging code
• setuptools debugging
• try without the virtual environment
• reorder pip and poetry stuff
• don't use the pip cache
• add a dev mode build for addional error reporting
• poetry lock --no-update
