Fluspect-Cx
This is Fluspect-Cx published by Nastassia Vilfan (fluspect_B_Cx_PSI_PSII_combined.m):
Vilfan, N., Van der Tol, C., Yang, P., Wyber, R., Malenovský, Z., Robinson, S. A., & Verhoef, W. (2018). Extending Fluspect to simulate xanthophyll driven leaf reflectance dynamics. Remote sensing of environment, 211, 345-356.
It contains a parameter for the Xanthophyll de-epoxydation status, the specific absorption coefficients of PROSPECT-D, and a re-calibrated fluorescence emission spectrum ('phi'). These can be found in the file 'Optipar2017_ProspectD.mat'.
Fluspect-B by Nastassia Vilfan et al., (2016) is also included (fluspect_b_car).
The function 'master' fits Fluspect_CX to measured reflectance and/or transmittance
Fluspect fitting algorithm version 1.2
With this code you can tune the leaf radiative transfer model Fluspect to hyperspectral measurements of reflectance, transmittance, or both, over a user specified wavelength range. The initial parameter values and options are provided as an Excel spreadsheet, and the measurements as ascii text. The Matlab code is provided here, as well as an executable. The executable will work after you installed Matlab compiler for version R2013a, freely available the website of Matlab.
