4th beta of v4

This seems to run fine. Should be the last beta / release candidate.
Waiting for some feedback from the wider community.

A number of fixes for bugs found in the previous beta, some new default rules as well.

After a long time of waiting, CleanLinks v4 brings much more fine-grain control over which links are cleaned and how !

Thanks to a much more detailed way of approaching rules, using a hierarchical ruleset rather than a few regular expressions, CleanLinks can now clean both parameters and embedded URLs separately.

This beta version is mostly already tested but the default rules shipping in CleanLinks may not be fine-tuned enough for wide public release yet.

Improved popup for cleaned links history

The layout of the popup showing the cleaned links history is now smaller and prettier!

Improve options handling

• fix bug due to empty option values
• check for duplicates in domains whitelist before adding a new entry
• handle better on/off toggling at the level of request & headers cleaning
