would like to shift to using custom foot for more flexiblity
following tweak on their example pages seems to make it look better
use bi sprites
delete 2000 files!
to avoid issues with jekyll 4.2
to avoid breakage with missing theme values add quick change for field
avoids performance issues on larger collections
reduces store and display, avoids errors

Major rewrite of CB-SA as "csv style", where metadata contains download and image location information rather than the template elements.
