Client-Side Dashboard which display a paperless health records of the patients which includes details like -

• Patient Condition
• Implants
• Previous Reports
• Previous Medical Records and
• Self Diagnosis using Expert system we try to predict the disease or problem as per the Symptoms and mention them to follow adviced diet as per the prediction of the Expert System.
