When the TitleBar component is ready, we should remove the copy of this component added in #88 and use the published component instead.

Hi @Arlodotexe A new API for the titlebar is available in version 1.4.0 which replaces the previous API.
In order to continue, it seems that Toolkit needs to be upgraded to version 1.4.x.
so when this will be happen?

@ghost1372 This repo is for the tooling we use in our infrastructure and gallery app, and this ticket is for switching our gallery to the TitleBar component in Labs.

If you have feedback regarding the TitleBar component, please file it in the Labs repo so it's seen.

TitleBar PR was merged into Toolkit Labs. We're free to move forward on this when we're ready.
