Hello, I was wondering if there was a way to filter out a subset of species in a hal file in order to reduce file size?
For example, the zoonomia 240-way mammal alignment is around 1 TB, but lets say I'm only interested in the rodents and want to only look at those species. Is there a way I can create a new hal file with only the rodents?
Thank you for any help in advance!
