• Exclude line break match

Rationale:

• Satisfies Ubuntu 24.04 CIS control 5.3.3.3.3
• If not exclude line break, the regex pam_pwhistory\.so\s+[^#\n\r]*\buse_authtok\b.*$ will match content like

password	requisite pam_pwhistory.so remember=24 enforce_for_root try_first_pass
password	[success=1 default=ignore]	pam_unix.so obscure use_authtok try_first_pass yescrypt
