Using stable-6.1 apparently hangs. Using 6.3 installs the latest CLO.
Without this change the remediations hang in the ocp4e2e testing because
CLO never installs.

@rhmdnd Unrelated to this PR, the node and platform tests are not working as expected.
After the pushd command $PWD is not what we want it to be...

@rhmdnd I'm afraid this might not work, stable-6.3 is not available all across the board.
