Spit interpolation lets us add additional damage points based on the current tick count.

If l4d2_spit_interpolation_factor is set to 2, we'll add an extra 1 damage every other tick--per player.

Basically, we take the current tick count for that victim modulo interpolation factor and add that to the damage.
