If you want to configure a bit conky, you can download Manage Conky which allows:

Themes Management

Import default-theme-pack (from conky-manager)
Import custom theme-pack

Widget Management

Start/Restart/Stop Widgets
Edit Widgets' Configs

Conky Management

Run conky at startup
Uninstalling everything conky-related
