Remove ConnectSdk.Windows directory before release

I think we should move all the files from the ConnectSdk.Windows directory to the repository root, because I don't see a point in keeping only that directory in the root.

• Commit the move.

or

• Rewrite history to remove it from the past.

I will move them before the release but this will not happen until the 15th. There is still work to be done on this repo
