I was surprised to open VSCode and find hundreds of type errors
I fixed them all, but honestly, this is more of a quick fix than a proper fix. I hope to implement a better system soon, with more concise and clear typings.
Also, this PR adds a pnpm script to run a typecheck on the codebase. This can be used in PR's CI
