Delete ContentSizeLimitFeatureFactory to simplify the usage of the feature, and to actually make it work (the example with the factory would nullify the use of the ContentSizeLimitFeature
Fix the issue: when an empty post request is sent, the content size limit feature raise an error saying that the request body is larger than the content length header value"
