AboutDlg - Not in use.
Base
- Contains Bases and Buy/Sell prices for goods.
- Each Base has an indicators for whether it has goods sold or is accessible by freighter only.
BaseInfoDlg
- FLStat-like information for bases... I haven't touched this at all.
Datas
- Loads all basic data from INI files.
