Mode 8 Changes

Mode 8 became a new function called 'Field Supply'.

With the latest release, we got this expanded with the use of AugerWagons. The Mode 8 course is basically like Mode 1, but with a Waitpoint for an overload position. The FillType list works the same as the one for Mode 1. Else you fill up container (e.g. manure) or wait next to the field untill the fillvalue is below the set %. Mode 4 Driver can refill at the Mode 8 Driver.
