Remove unused deps

Using `grep -qIER` against each listed package (with `s/-/_/g` applied), the
following packages appear unused. These were likely pinned because they were
dependencies for another package, which can raise the likelihood of
complications/conflicts during package updates.

Otherwise, these were used at one time, and the project dependencies were
neglected.
