Updated two new great features by @headlessme to AnimateMate

Added some shortcuts (ctrl + option + cmd + ,/.) for stepping through keyframes so you can get an idea of how an animation progresses from within sketch more easily.
Added a shortcut (ctrl + option + cmd + /) to update an animation for the current keyframe with the latest parameters from the sketch object to make it easier to edit keyframes while stepping through.
