There was no module that implemented SEP10 authentication. Allow logic for adding "plugins" #16
What is the new behavior (if this is a feature change)?
This PR introduces SEP-10 authentication functionalities in a wallet environment. It includes a new Sep10AuthModule class for authentication, verification, and secure transaction signing. Additional functions for challenge retrieval and token authentication are included.
