FallbackServer

Put this in any Bungeecord network fallback server and it will attempt to automatically reconnect to the main server

This is used in most of Cyber's Testing servers (usually Bungee networks)

Note: I did not spend much time on this, there are likely still bugs. Report bugs in the issues page!
