The main idea here is two-fold:
- regroup/rationalize/densify the abundance of material we have already created in the 3 SAND reports centered on load-balancing -- in particular but not limited to improvements of and variation about the
GossipLBparadigm:
- finalize and test the first elaboration we have done for communication-aware LB, including the concept of total work which we never go the time to investigate thoroughly.
