Assalamou Alaykoum brothers/sisters and Ramadan Moubarak once again

New features:

Added offline Quran with English translation to fix this issue: #10.
Visual improvements (rounded corners, new font (except for Ar & Bn)).
Added moon phase icons to Hijri date.
Improved speed when leaving the settings.
Added V8 cache.

Bug fixes:

Fixed progress bar for Fajr prayer
Fixed bug where time left will be displayed as X-1:59 instead of X:59
