Rework the content around describing preallocated resources for CPU and Memory in a deployment

  • Rework content
  • Set Platform CPU Resource to 70 CPU
  • Set Platform Memory Resource to 100 MB
  • Add info on the options page
  • Add renderComponent helper to render .njk macros in JavaScript
