Implements the early epoch end Tests:
#93

  • analysis tools for the ConnectivityTracker

Implements Phonix test:

(forking mainnet not implemented yet - to be continued)

BREAKING CHANGE: Support for Initial Funds
#53
The chainspec generation has been ported from Python to Typescript and it is now possible to specify a
address that holds the initial funds:
not all tests are adapted yet to use the new network generator.

Also requires an adapted generation script:
DMDcoin/diamond-contracts-core#207
