The problem is that we can't listen to IPv6 so the starting fails.

We lose idempotency here due to

domjudge-scripts/provision-contest/ansible/roles/domserver/tasks/main.yml

Line 79 in d5522ff

- name: Disable default nginx site

We can probably remove that one now.
