Description

Prevent rendering of search and browse by components in SSR, to avoid long loading period.
Implemented skeleton loader to prevent UI shifting.

Instructions for Reviewers

• Search/Browse by component not rendered in SSR and faster response for page loading.
• No page shifting happening during loading time (only available for search component)
