First proper release

New, updated version of the script. With the following updates:

• Now handling the new page design
• More resilient retrieval method
• Page download frequency is set to a tolerable level
• Logging implemented
• Scraping subcategories
• Answers from multiple pages are retrieved

Besides this, the database structure remained the same.

v0.1-alpha: Merge pull request #2 from DSuveges/dependabot/pip/cryptography-3.2

This is a pilot release, completed shortly before the site has gone through a significant update, so most functions in the current version fails.
