비트연산자를 이용하셨네요. 이게 정석인 것 같은데 저는 이진수로 바꿔서 1 개수를 카운팅해서 풀어서..

비트 연산자에 익숙하지 않다면 이진수로 바꿔서 1의 갯수를 카운팅하는 방법도 좋은 방법이라고 생각합니다!
