Fix some error messages and ignore bin files #44

I found some mistakes in the error messages:

Variables that are not in scope where used giving wrong error messages
One error message has a missing concatenate operator

MpdProcessing.php:

The representation results used a non existing file to populate the validator output. Changed it to something that made sense to me.

The bin files don't need to be part of the version control so I added a gitignore file and removed them.
